Gravelux is a sole proprietorship based in Groningen, the Netherlands, offering engraving, tag plates and signage, 3D printing and 3D scanning. Contact address: [email protected].

We only collect data that you provide to us yourself through the contact form on this website:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Requested service
  • Project description

3. What we use your data for

Your data is used only to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quote. We do not use your data for marketing purposes and do not share it with third parties, unless this is necessary to carry out your order.

4. Processing and transmission

The contact form on this website sends your data directly by email to our business mailbox, through a server we manage ourselves. No copy is stored with an external form service. For sending the email itself we use Gmail (Google) as SMTP provider; Google processes the content of the sent email as a sub-processor, in accordance with its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Retention period

We keep your data no longer than necessary to handle your request, and at most two years after the last contact.

6. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Have incorrect data corrected
  • Have your data deleted
  • Object to the processing
